Our chef brings a rich tradition of creating dishes that remind her followers, old and new, of beloved meat and seafood dishes they’ve enjoyed before becoming vegetarian or vegan diners. Sesame “Beef” and Lemongrass “Chicken”, for example, are made of soy protein, carefully flavored and prepared to evoke memories of our guests’ former favorites.

We use the delicious handcrafted tofu, made fresh daily by Northwest Tofu. This family business uses only Non GMO Soybeans to produce their tofu and other soy products.
